Fundraising

Trails End Popcorn

Popcorn is our main fundraiser for the year. We sell in the fall, and the proceeds from our popcorn sales pay for almost all of our school year program! That's amazing, considering that it costs around $16,000 a year to fund all of the amazing things we do! 4 nights of camping, all of the awards and advancements, the Hiking Program sticks and medallions, Leader fees, Pinewood Derby cars and awards, the Pinewood Derby track and timer system... it adds up to a lot of fun, and a lot of money!

Trails-End sales also support our council, which pays for things like Camp Snyder, Goshen Scout Reservation, the Marriott Scout Service Center in Bethesda, and may other programs provided by both Council and District.

Three Ways to Sell

Online

Use the app and get your Scout's sales link out to all of your friends and family over social media, email, or text message!

In Person

Door to door sales are a great way to sell popcorn! People love to buy from Scouts neatly in their uniform.

(Scouts should always be supervised by an adult)

Show and Sell

The Pack also organizes time in front of businesses to sell our yummy popcorn! Take a shift or three, and watch your Scout's confidence soar. Asking people to buy helps them learn resilience in the face of rejection, as well as confidence and charisma!

Friends of Scouting provides us with camps, support, scout stores and other locations, as well as scholarships and unit sponsorship for disadvantaged youth. Donate today!

Buy a Brick

Celebrate someone and sustain Scouting by buying a brick! Bricks are available at the Marriott Service center, Camp Snyder, Philmont Scout Ranch, and lots of other Scouting locations!
